Ingredients

12 portions
  • 4 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 12 slices prosciutto, or ham serrano
  • 16 figs
  • 1 cup cream cheese

Preparation

Mix the oil, lemon juice and scrape in a medium bowl. Put the prosciutto with 2 centimeters of separation each and spread with the cream cheese. Put figs on the cheese and the lemon mixture on top. Put salt and pepper.
Starting on the side of the end of the ham, roll the ham and cut the rolls in half. Put a toothpick in each one to make it easy to grab.
