Preparation
On a flat and clean surface, place a bacon bed (a package) in a horizontal line, taking care that each slice of bacon is one on top of the other, that there are no spaces between each slice as this will cause the cheese to escape when gratin .
Make another bacon bed on the first one but in a vertical way. Place the cheese covering most of the surface of the bacon and fold the ends to the center, so we cover the part that was left uncovered. Take care that there is no space where our gratin cheese escapes. The idea is to form a packet of bacon and the cheese is the filling.
We proceed to fry our cake, put a pan over medium / low heat with Oil Oleic®. Place the cake where the ends are joined first to the pan (this is so that our cake does not fall apart), let it fry for about 15 minutes or until it is of the desired consistency, personally I like it very golden brown and toast
