Preparation
Peel the pineapple. Cut into slices with a width of about 2 cm and remove the fibrous center of the pineapple.
Place a pan with the olive oil to heat. Once it is very hot, add the pineapple pieces so that they brown correctly on both sides. Then do it over a hot fire for moments so that they caramelize.
Dice the cheese. Thread the ingredients onto the skewer sticks. Alternating pineapple with cheese, and so on. Prepare 8 skewers.
