Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 cans tuna, in oil or water
  • 4 red tomatoes
  • 1/2 kilos avocado
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • Green Chiles, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

All the vegetables are washed and disinfected.
Chop the tomato, onion and cilantro and place in a bowl.
Open the tuna cans and drain the oil or water and put them next to the vegetables.
Add the chopped avocado and salt and stir.

PRESENTATION

It is served with rice or it can be eaten on toast.

TIPS

The avocado always goes to the last so that it does not beat and turn black.
