Prepare your corn to enjoy with your family. A typically Mexican snack. They are delicious and easy to prepare. Since you accompany them with mayonnaise, cheese and chili pepper.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 corn
  • 1 bunch pericon
  • 5 liters Water
  • 8 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 lemons
  • 100 grams panela cheese, grated
  • to taste piquín chili, powdered

Preparation

In a large pot, place the water, the corn, and the pericón. Let cook for 30 minutes.
To each corn put a stick. Spread half a lemon, a spoonful of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with enough grated cheese, and chile piquín.

PRESENTATION

You can use glasses to hold the corn instead of dishes.

TIPS

If the pericón was not obtained, it can be substituted with half a teaspoon of anise in seed or with epazote.
