Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/4 cups sesame seed, black and white
  • 5 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 cup Jocoque Extra Special® to Fine Herbs and Garlic
  • 1 box Extra Special® Toasted Bread Box with Black Olives, 125 g
  • 1/4 cups black olive, cut to decorate
  • 1/4 cups cherry tomato, yellow cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1/4 cups Extra Special® Soy and Lemon Vinaigrette

Preparation

On a tray extends self-adhesive plastic and sprinkles the sesame seeds.
Spread orderly smoked salmon slices where you added the sesame and press lightly to stick.
Add the jocoque to the fine herbs and garlic, spreading over the entire surface of the salmon.
Form a tight roll with the preparation and refrigerate 20 minutes.
