Preparation
On a tray extends self-adhesive plastic and sprinkles the sesame seeds.
Spread orderly smoked salmon slices where you added the sesame and press lightly to stick.
Add the jocoque to the fine herbs and garlic, spreading over the entire surface of the salmon.
Form a tight roll with the preparation and refrigerate 20 minutes.
