Spring Rolls with Chicken Chipotle

4 portions
  • 16 leaves rice pasta
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shucked
  • 2 carrots, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cambray onion, with tail
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cups vegetal oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons Chile chipotle milled


Mix the chicken breast with the carrot, the onion, the ginger, the soy sauce and leave to marinate for 1 hour in refrigeration.
For the sweet and sour sauce, in a saucepan over medium heat add the soy sauce, sugar, ketchup and cornstarch and chipotle to cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and set aside.
Add the chicken marinade in the rice paste sheets and roll, fry for 5 minutes and remove the excess fat with Servitoalla® Kleenex Calorie®.
Serve with the sweet and sour sauce.


On a round plate with a dip portion.
