Ingredients

4 servings
  • 16 leaves of rice pasta
  • 1 piece of chicken breast cooked and shucked
  • 2 pieces of carrot cut into thin strips
  • 1 piece of cambray onion with tail
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger finely chopped
  • 5 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 2 cups of vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups of Water
  • 1 Cup of vinegar
  • 4 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of ketchup
  • 2 spoonfuls of cornstarch
  • 3 spoonfuls of Chile chipotle milled

    Preparation

    Mix the chicken breast with the carrot, the onion, the ginger, the soy sauce and leave to marinate for 1 hour in refrigeration.
    For the sweet and sour sauce, in a saucepan over medium heat add the soy sauce, sugar, ketchup and cornstarch and chipotle to cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and set aside.
    Add the chicken marinade in the rice paste sheets and roll, fry for 5 minutes and remove the excess fat with Servitoalla® Kleenex Calorie®.
    Serve with the sweet and sour sauce.
