This green aguachile is a delight, perfect dish for Lent or for lovers of seafood; especially the shrimp. Its spicy and acidic flavor will fascinate you.

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 500 grams of shrimp
  • 1/2 kilo of green lemon
  • 2 pieces of habanero pepper
  • 4 pieces of green chile
  • 1/2 piece of Bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of ajinomoto salt
  • 3 pieces of cucumber
  • 1 piece of red onion
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Peel, part by part and wash the shrimp.
    Squeeze half a kilo of lemon in the shrimp and let rest 30 minutes.
    Then empty the juice of the shrimp in blender to grind it with the morrón, habaneros, green chilies and ajinomoto.
    Chop the onion, cucumber, green chili into strips and mix everything in a bowl. Let stand 20 min. It serves.
