Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup fish fillet, cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups tomtato, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons serrano pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 5 lemons, (your juice)
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Preparation

Add the fish, tomato, onion, chili, cilantro, pepper, lemon juice, salt in a bowl. Mix perfectly.
Marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl and serve with crackers or toast.

TIPS

Add the amount of chili you like.
