Learn how to make the traditional recipe for fish ceviche. We reveal our secret to have a balanced ceviche between the taste of fish and the lemony acid flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of fish steak cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of tomato finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of onion finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of chile serrano finely chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of coriander finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground black pepper
  • 5 pieces of lemon (your juice)
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt

    Preparation

    Add the fish, tomato, onion, chili, cilantro, pepper, lemon juice, salt in a bowl. Mix perfectly.
    Marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a bowl and serve with crackers or toast.
