Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 poblano peppers, to fill
  • 250 grams PAM® Original, (Mariscada)
  • manchego cheese
  • cream cheeses
  • cream
  • mayonnaise
  • sauces, or chipotle cream

Preparation

Desflema chiles and open them on the one hand.
Put the shellfish in the mincer, until it is like "ground meat"
Mix the shellfish with the mayonnaise and the chipotle, you can use mayonnaise with chipotle.
Fill the chiles.
Put a thin slice of Manchego cheese and cream cheese on top.

Add the cream on top of the peppers.
