Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 bars surimi, unraveled
  • 1/2 red onions, in cubes
  • 1 cucumber, in cubes, without seed
  • 1 branch celery, diced
  • 1/2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 Chile Apple, without seeds or veins, chopped
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon spicy sauce, optional
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • jocoques, optional
  • fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 1 tomtato, in cubes

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and rectify the flavor with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread each toast with a little jocoque, and two tablespoons of the mixture.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and slices of avocado.

PRESENTATION

Serves on baked or cactus toast.

TIPS

You can put a few drops of chipotle jocoque.
