Preparation
In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and reserve.
For the sauce, in a pot or deep frying pan, heat the milk and add the LALA® Butter. Add the LALA® Acid Cream when the mixture of milk and butter is not so hot, mix quickly so it does not cut.
Add the Manchego LALA® Cheese and cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens and the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
Salpinate the salmon fillets and cook in a pan over medium heat with oil. Crumble the steaks and reserve.
In a pan over medium heat, add the fettuccine with the cheese sauce and salmon. Rectify seasoning.
Serve on a plate and decorate with sprigs of fresh thyme.
