Creamy Fettuccine with Salmon

This fetuccini is creamy and delicious, it is accompanied with salmon fillet, a Manchego cheese sauce that makes it irresistible with a touch of tarragon that you will love. The best part is that it is super easy to prepare. Test it!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 packages of fettuccine 500 gc / u
  • 2 cups of LALA® milk for the sauce
  • 4 spoonfuls of LALA® butter for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of Acid cream LALA® for the sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups of Manchego Cheese LALA® grated, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper for the sauce
  • 4 pieces of salmon fillet
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 4 branches of thyme to decorate

    Preparation

    In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and reserve.
    For the sauce, in a pot or deep frying pan, heat the milk and add the LALA® Butter. Add the LALA® Acid Cream when the mixture of milk and butter is not so hot, mix quickly so it does not cut.
    Add the Manchego LALA® Cheese and cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens and the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
    Salpinate the salmon fillets and cook in a pan over medium heat with oil. Crumble the steaks and reserve.
    In a pan over medium heat, add the fettuccine with the cheese sauce and salmon. Rectify seasoning.
    Serve on a plate and decorate with sprigs of fresh thyme.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the fettuccine with the salmon and decorate with fresh thyme.

    TIPS

    You can also use smoked salmon.
