Preparation
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, cook the garlic and onion to make a golden color, add the tomato, the chile serrano, the Tuna Dolores® Yellow Fin in Oil, the bay leaves, the cilantro, the cumin and go out to your liking. Remove the filling from the fire, cool and reserve.
Heat the corn tortillas in a comal and fill with the sautéed, close with chopsticks. Reservation.
Heat the oil in a deep pot over medium heat. Fry the whiting until crispy. Drain the fat in an absorbent napkin.
Serve with lemon, pot sauce and enjoy.
