Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1/4 cups garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped; 1 cup tomato, without skin and chopped; 1/4 cups serrano chile, finely chopped; 4 cans Atún Dolores® yellow fin tuna in oil, drained; 2 leaves bay; 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped; 1 pinch cumin; 1 pinch salt; 1 kilo corn tortillas; 1 liter vegetable oil; hot sauce; lime

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, cook the garlic and onion until golden, add the tomato, serrano chili, Atún Dolores® Yellowfin Tuna in Oil, bay leaves, cilantro, cumin, and salt to taste. Remove the filling from the heat, cool down, and set aside. Heat the corn tortillas on a griddle and fill them with the sautéed mixture, closing with toothpicks. Set aside.
