Preparation
Add to a bowl the oatmeal, with the oat flakes, flaxseed, salt, pepper, garlic powder and lemon and pepper powder. Reservation.
Beat the fish strips in the coconut flour, immerse in the beaten egg and finally cover perfectly with the oatmeal mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the coconut oil, fry the fish strips until they are well cooked. Remove excess grease with absorbent paper. Reservation.
Add to the blender the cream cheese with serrano pepper, cilantro, garlic and garlic powder, blend until it is completely homogenous. Reservation.
Serve the fish strips, accompany with the dip and enjoy.
