Fish Strips with Mango Salad and Cucumber

I saw this recipe in an aunt who lives on the beach and it was perfect for hot weather and especially if you do not have a lot of time to cook but you want to eat healthy, rich and light this is made for two people you can incorporate more ingredients according to your taste.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 250 grams fish fillet, in strips
  • 5 lemons, the juice
  • 1 grapefruit, the juice
  • 1/2 red onions, filleted
  • 2 Chile Apple, filleted
  • fresh coriander, chopped to taste
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 mangos
  • sea salt
  • corn tortilla chip , fat-free

Preparation

In a large glass bowl, add the fish in strips, lemon, grapefruit, onion, 1 chili and a part of the cilantro a pinch of salt. Let stand half an hour.
In another dish, add the cucumber, mango, 1 chili, onion, divided into small cubes and cilantro. Add the juice of a lemon and a pinch of salt and pepper.

PRESENTATION

Way of serving: on a toast serve a spoonful of strips on top of a spoonful of cucumber salad with mango and with a slice of avocado. Bon Appetite.

TIPS

- If you do not have mango you can substitute pineapple. - I usually accompany that food with cucumber water.
