  • 1 garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 3 Hoja santa leaves, chopped into strips
  • 3 green tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups peanut
  • 2 serrano peppers, sliced
  • 1 gram salt
  • 1 gram black pepper
  • 5 grams chives, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Varnish the fish posts with olive oil and salt pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and bake 20 minutes or until cooked.
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter with the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the spinach and the holy leaf. Cook a few minutes. Add the tomato, peanuts and chilies, cook 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
