Preparation
Mix 3 tablespoons of coconut milk with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and marinate the dorado fillets for 15 minutes covered.
Mix the other tablespoon of coconut milk with the other 3 of lemon juice, mango, cucumber, onion, cilantro, ginger and chile serrano. Put salt and mix it well.
Remove the fish from the marinade and put salt and pepper. Heat a pan and put cooking spray (PAM). Cook the fish 4 minutes on each side, or until it is well done.
Serve with the mango sauce on top and garnish with cilantro and lemon slices.
