Preparation
For the rice, add it to a saucepan along with the water, sugar and rice vinegar. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. It cools.
On a bamboo mat with non-stick plastic, place the nori seaweed and cover the rice with your wet hands, fill with the shrimp the cream cheese, carrot, cucumber and avocado. Roll up and press down to form the sushi roll.
Dampen the knife with the water and cut into 8 pieces.
Serve and accompany with soy sauce.
