Preparation
Heat the oil, put the mustard seeds and cover them. When they heat, they jump, when they stop jumping, add the onion, garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp, salt and cook 4 minutes.
Add tomato puree, cumin, chili, ginger, coconut milk and boil uncovered to thicken a little.
Sprinkle cilantro and serve immediately.
