A delicious grilled shrimp that are ideal for a beach holiday. They take you little time and they taste delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams shrimp
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 4 lemons, its juice
  • paprikas, to taste
  • pequin peppers, to taste
  • 1/2 cups olive oil

Preparation

Make a sauce with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, chili pepper and soy.
Put the shrimp to marinate for 10 min.
Heat the iron.
Remove the shrimp from the marinade and sprinkle a little more paprika, salt and pepper.
Cook on the griddle and halfway through cooking, add a little of the marinade juice.

PRESENTATION

Serve the shrimp with a little of the marinade juice

TIPS

Take care not to cook them too much, otherwise they will become hard.
