Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger grated
  • 2 pieces of onion stem chambray chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of thyme
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of nutmeg
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Sugar Great Value®
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 2 spoonfuls of White vinegar
  • 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Rum spiced
  • 1/2 piece of orange juice and zest
  • 1 piece of green lemon juice
  • 500 grams of medium shrimp clean, without head and without tail
  • 1 can of pineapple in syrup Great Value®
  • 1/4 of piece of red onion in cubes
  • enough of skewer stick
  • 2 spoonfuls of Great Value® Canola Oil

    Preparation

    For the marinade, blend all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Reservation.
    Assemble the skewers, alternating the shrimp with the pineapple pieces and the onion in the skewer sticks.
    Marina the brochettes with the marinade, about 10 minutes.
    Heat the oil in a grill pan or grill, and cook the skewers on both sides about 10 minutes or until they are marked. Garnish with parsley, serve.
