Preparation
For the dressing, liquefy the lemon juice with avocado, cilantro, white vinegar, olive oil, English sauce and oregano. Reservation.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the olive oil, add the garlic and onion to cook for 2 minutes, add the shrimp, cook for 5 minutes, add the cilantro, season to your liking, remove the preparation of the fire and reserve.
In a bowl add the lettuce, the tomato, the purple onion, the cucumber, the avocado, the sautéed shrimp. Add the Tostitos® Salsa Verde cut in half, and mix again.
