A great recipe recommended for any season of the year, these rich famous tacos in sinaloa; Governor's tacos are a dish that for all lovers of seafood will be the sensation. Prepare them.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of medium shrimp matches in half
  • 6 pieces of poblano pepper devided and matches in Julian
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of asadero cheese grated
  • 1/2 piece of onion split into strips
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • to taste of oregano
  • enough of oil
  • 1/2 kilo of tortilla of corn or flour

    Preparation

    In a pan fry the onion with oil and butter, along with the poblano chili slivers.
    Once the onion is transparent add the shrimp and season with pepper, salt and oregano to taste.
    Stir for no more than 5 minutes.
    Once the shrimp are cooked, cover the stew with the grill cheese to grill.
    Serve immediately in flour or corn tortillas.
