Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, without shell and clean
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 slices Bimbo® Toasted Bread
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated, to gratinate
  • 3 teaspoons chili flake

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the bacon for a few minutes. Add the garlic, shrimp and spinach, cook for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the cream with the milk, let it boil and add the Parmesan cheese, cook until it thickens slightly.
Place the slices of Bimbo® Toast on a baking sheet and add the shrimp. Sprinkle with Manchego cheese and bake 5 minutes or until au gratin. Serve with chili flakes.
