Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of bacon finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 kilo of shrimp without shell and clean
  • 2 cups of spinach chopped
  • to taste of salt and pepper

  • 1/4 of Cup of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan grated
  • 6 slices of Bimbo® Toasted Bread
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese grated, to gratinate
  • 3 teaspoons of chili flake

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the bacon for a few minutes. Add the garlic, shrimp and spinach, cook for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
