  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped to the crust
  • 2 cups walnut, chopped, for the crust
  • 2 ancho chili peppers, deveined, roasted and soaked, for glazing
  • 1 clove garlic, for the glaze
  • 1/4 cups bee honey, for the glaze
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, powder, for glaze
  • 1 pinch whole clove, for the glaze
  • 1 pinch salt, for the glaze
  • 4 teaspoons Pure Nutrioli® Soy Edible Oil
  • 1 Salmon, sliced ​​portion in pieces of 200 g
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • enough Nutrioli® Spray
  • to taste yellow lemon, cut into slices to decorate


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix the ingredients of the crust. Reservation.
For the glaze, blend the broad chiles with garlic, honey, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Reservation.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste, and with a brush varnish it with the glaze.
Heat a pan over medium heat with Nutrioli® Pure Edible Soy Oil, seal the salmon on both sides until lightly browned. Remove from heat and place in a tray with baking paper.
Cover the top of the salmon with the walnut crust, compact with a spoon.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the desired term is achieved.


Serve on a side dish accompanied by salad and decorate with slices of yellow lemon.
