Preparation
Put the chopped garlic in a large saucepan with olive oil, add the salmon in Tuny® oil and fry with the garlic.
Add the tomato puree and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the potatoes in squares, the olives, capers and the red peppers.
Add the pasilla chile, peppers and chopped parsley.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve.
