Preparation
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the teriyaki sauce and add the ginger, fennel, orange marmalade, and pineapple syrup and simmer for 5 minutes.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper and cook in a pan over medium heat with oil to the desired point.
Add a little sauce and cook until you get a thick and bright sauce, occasionally bathing with the sauce.
In a bowl place the pineapple slices and cover them with a little of the remaining sauce, grill over high heat until marking on both sides.
Serve the salmon on a bed of basmati rice and garnish with the pineapple, chives and sesame seeds.
