We wash the shrimp well and open them, on the other hand we squeeze the lemons, peel the garlic cloves, chop them and put them in the blender. We put the lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of water and liquefy. In a container we put the shrimp and empty what we liquefy.
We put a large skillet on the stove when it is hot and we put the butter and already melted empty the shrimp on medium heat until it dries completely.
When it is well dry we serve in separate plates, accompanied by a slice of tomatoes, onion and refried beans.
