Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 bars surimi, chopped
  • 2 stems celery, chopped
  • 1 tomtato, in squares
  • 1/4 red onions
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • 5 drops spicy sauce, tabasco type
  • 2 avocados, in halves, boneless and with shell

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all ingredients except avocados.
Fill the avocados with the surimi salad and serve with toasted bread.
