Tacos of fish fillet, marinated in tequila with pico de gallo style ceviche and crunchy breaded in corn tortilla or flour.

Ingredients

15 servings
  • 1 kilo of white fish fillet (bold, catfish, bass, etc.) in strips
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 2 spoonfuls of Dijon mustard or prepared mustard
  • 1 Cup of tequila of good quality
  • 3 eggs milkshakes
  • 1 package of ground bread to breed the best quality
  • 2 tomatoes matches in thin cubes
  • 1 onion small, split into thin cubes
  • 2 Serrano cpeppers matches, in very thin cubes
  • 1 package of Corn tortillas or flour according to your taste
  • 3 chipotle chili peppers
  • 1/4 of liter of fresh cream thick
  • 2 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise home type
  • 1/2 Cup of parsley chopped to garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • Tabasco sauces to taste

    Preparation

    Wash the fish, cut into strips of 2 centimeters approximately, wide and marina for 10 minutes with tequila, salt and pepper and a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
    Drain the fish well and pass it through the flour.
    Add the mustard to the eggs and beat very well that it is very well incorporated, pass the fish through the eggs and then the breadcrumbs pressing a little so that the pancake is very well cooked, fry the fish in the fryer until it is crispy and put it on paper so that it absorbs excess fat.
