Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the dressing, blend all the ingredients. Reserve in a container.
For the filling, mix the Dolores® Yellow Fin in Water in a bowl, the pumpkin, the potato, the chives, the chile de árbol, the panela cheese and the cream cheese, season to your liking with salt and pepper. Reservation.
Mix the egg, flour and milk in a deep container until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Reservation.
In a mold for cupcakes place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the filling, depending on the size of the mold, and fill to the brim with the egg mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes or until they are fluffy and cooked. Remove from the oven and serve with a little dressing. Enjoy
