  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of güero pepper pickled, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of olive cut in hoops
  • 1 Cup of potato cooked
  • 1 Cup of Bell pepper cut into small cubes
  • 3 cups of canned tuna in oil, cast and without liquid
  • 1/2 Cup of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of Puree Condimentado Tomato Puree® 210 grams
  • enough of wheat flour to extend
  • 1 kilo of puff pastry
  • güero ppeppers To accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil, cook the garlic, the onion, the güero pepper, the olives, the potato, the pepper, the canned tuna, the parsley and pour the Flavored Tomato Puree Del Fuerte®; cook until the flavors are integrated and the liquid is completely reduced.
On a clean and floured surface, spread the puff pastry with a thickness of 1 centimeter. Place the dough on the mold and adhere well, freeze until firm, stuffed with tuna.
Stretch some of the remaining dough and cut strips, place on the tuna entwined and bake until the puff pastry is crispy and well cooked.
Remove from the oven, cool slightly short and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve a slice of pie and accompany with güeros peppers.
