Ingredients

8 portions
  • 750 grams smoked bacon, in 1/2 cm slices
  • 8 Lettuce leaf
  • 8 beefsteak tomatoes, in slices of approx .5 cm
  • 8 box breads, 1.5 cm slices
  • enough mayonnaise
  • enough Dijon mustard

Preparation

Prepare your Weber® grill for indirect medium fire (350º - 450ºF or 175º - 232ºC).
Roast the bacon slices over medium indirect heat for 1 to 2 minutes per side with the grill lid on. Remove the bacon from the grill and set aside.
Place the slices of bread on indirect medium heat for a minute, turn 4 slices of bread to toast on the other side and remove the other 4. Spread with mayonnaise the side of the bread that you already removed from the grill and place from 3 to 4 Slices of bacon on bread, followed by lettuce and tomato.
Remove the 4 slices of bread from the grill and varnish them with mustard on one side, place them on top of the tomato.
