  • 1/3 cups yellow lemon juice, for the vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped for vinaigrette
  • 1/8 teaspoons Tabasco sauce, or sriracha for vinaigrette
  • 1 cup canola oil, or grape seed for vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped for vinaigrette
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped for vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce, for the vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil, for the vinaigrette
  • 2 serrano peppers, in very thin slices for the vinaigrette
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste White pepper
  • to taste sesame seed

Preparation

Prepare your Weber® grill for direct high heat (450 ° - 550 ° F or 232 ° - 287 ° C).
To prepare the vinaigrette, mix all the ingredients in a blender, except for the oil, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the oil to the blender in the form of thread and continue mixing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reservation.
Varnish with oil the tuna steaks and season with salt and pepper. Then place them on the grill over high heat for 1 minute on each side. Remove from grill and let stand at room temperature.
To serve, cut the steaks into slices or cubes, add the vinaigrette and sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can accompany with your favorite salad.
