On a plate, place the panela cheese and add a pinch of each of the dried herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat a skillet over high heat with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, when hot, place the cheese upside down, making sure the herbs are in contact with the skillet, cook for 5 minutes.
