Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup integral rice
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cups broad bean, Cooked
  • 2 radishes, cut into slices
  • 2 carrots, cut along
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seed
  • 1 cup wheat sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan over low heat cook the rice with the two cups of water, add half of the soy sauce, ginger and let cook for 20 minutes.
In a bowl place the vegetables and marinade with the rest of the soy sauce for 15 minutes.
On a hot grill, roast the peppers with the radishes and the carrot.
Serve in an extended dish the rice add the roasted vegetables, the avocado in slices, the black sesame and decorate with wheat germ.
