It seems to be a bit strange mix of ingredients, but it's really delicious. These burgers are different from the ones we've all tried, if you say you do not like them, it's because you have not tasted them and I say so! I love the meat!

Preparation
Wash all vegetables very well.
Once well cleaned the chayote, pumpkin, red pepper, onion, we finely chop them. We do the same with panela cheese and stir all these ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, break the eggs and stir with salt, dried parsley and cornstarch, until there are no clumps of the latter.
This mixture is added to the mixture of vegetables and cheese and mixed again to incorporate everything very well. This is what will replace the meat in our saucer
It is put to heat oil in a pan, since it is very hot, it empties a bit of the mixture that will be our hamburgers with approximately 8 cm in diameter and 1 1/2 of thickness.
It is left there until it is golden, once this happens, it turns around and the process is repeated with the other side.
You have to cook all burgers very well, so they do not break. The necessary oil must be put on again each time it is finished.
Once well cooked, put on a hamburger bun, put on top mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup to taste. That way they are ready to savor themselves.
