Ingredients: 1 package hamburger bun, (8); 6 eggs; 1 bell pepper, large; 1/2 onions, medium; 80 grams panela cheese; 1 pumpkin; 1 chayote; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 tablespoon parsley, salt to taste; 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch; 1 cup vegetable oil, as needed; 1 tablespoon mayonnaise; 1 tablespoon mustard; 1 tablespoon ketchup

Wash all the vegetables very well. Once the chayote, squash, bell pepper, and onion are well cleaned, chop them very finely. Do the same with the panela cheese and mix all these ingredients in a bowl.
