FOR THE SAUCE:
Combine pineapple, pepper, onion, mango nectar, coriander, lemon zest, red chili, cumin and cinnamon in a medium bowl; it covers.
Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Take at room temperature.
FOR THE FLETAN:
Place the fletan fillets in a large freezer bag, add the oil, the lemon juice and the chicken broth.
Close the bag and carefully shake the bag to cover the fillets in the marinade.
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill or grill.
Grill the lobster 3 to 5 minutes per side or until it crumbles easily with a fork.
Serve the sauce on the halibut.
