Wash and disinfect the vegetables, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Remove the seeds from the poblano peppers and cut them into strips. Slice the onion. Set aside. Roast the tomatoes with the serrano peppers, once cooked blend them with the cilantro, garlic, chicken broth cube, and a little water. Set aside.
