Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cover a baking sheet with waxed paper and spray with cooking spray.
Wash the quinoa and remove excess moisture.
Cook the quinoa with 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a medium saucepan, when boiling, reduce the heat to medium low and let the rest of the water evaporate. You will know that the quinoa is ready when the water evaporates and the quinoa seeds show a little white thread. Let cool for 10 minutes.
In a dish mix the 2 eggs with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, garlic salt, oregano, basil and yeast. Mix until everything is integrated.
Add the cheese in the quinoa and the previous mixture.
Spread a uniform layer of the mixture on the baking sheet, it should be 1/2 cm thick.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until the edges begin to brown. Pour the sauce and more cheese, return to the oven to melt the cheese.
