Yakimeshi of Cauliflower Bits and Broccoli

Cook this delicious alternative of yakimeshi without carbohydrates based on cauliflower and broccoli, cooked with crispy vegetables such as: carrot, peas, bell pepper seasoned with sesame oil and soy sauce. It is totally and delicious and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 3 spoonfuls of soy oil
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tooth of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot in cubes
  • 3 cups of Broccoli Eva® Bits
  • 3 cups of Cauliflower Eva® Bits
  • 1/4 of Cup of Bell pepper cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of pea
  • 1/4 of Cup of soy
  • 2 spoonfuls of Sesame oil

    Preparation

    Heat a wok or deep skillet over medium heat with the oil. Cook the onion until it is transparent, add the garlic and carrots and cook for about three minutes.
    Add the cauliflower and broccoli Eva® bits and cook a few minutes, continue with the peppers and peas.
    Add soy sauce and sesame oil, cook about 5 minutes and mix very well.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a bowl for rice and with wooden chopsticks accompanied with a little more soy.

    TIPS

    Try not to overcook the vegetables so they are crispy and delicious.
