Preparation
Heat a wok or deep skillet over medium heat with the oil. Cook the onion until it is transparent, add the garlic and carrots and cook for about three minutes.
Add the cauliflower and broccoli Eva® bits and cook a few minutes, continue with the peppers and peas.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil, cook about 5 minutes and mix very well.
