Fish Fillet in Aluminum with BBQ

This recipe is very special to me because it was one of my husband's favorite dishes when we first got married; it was my mom's recipe, but when I started preparing it, I added new ingredients like Hunt’s® Chipotle BBQ Sauce, which completely changed its flavor. My confidence in cooking it is satisfying, as it is a very easy, nutritious, and delicious recipe.

Presentation

Serve the fillet package in aluminum and accompany it with a delicious white soup. Serve hot. You can also serve it with a fresh leaf lettuce salad.

Tips

To prevent the vegetables from overcooking, transfer them to ice water right after cooking. You can also add the vegetables raw, so they don't overcook.
