Ingredients: 1 cup Fud® chopped bacon; 1/2 cups chorizo in a pot Fud®; 1 cup onion, cut into medium cubes; 2 cups bell pepper, of various colors, cut into medium cubes; 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced; 1 cup Poblano chile, cut into medium cubes; 2 cups Fud® diced ham; 1 pinch salt and pepper; 2 cups Fud® Oaxaca cheese, shredded; flour tortillas, for serving; guacamole, for serving; red salsa, for serving; lime, for serving

Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook the FUD® Chopped Bacon and FUD® Chorizo in a Can until they release their fat, add the onion, peppers, mushrooms, poblano chili, and cook until softened. Incorporate the FUD® Diced Ham and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add the FUD® Oaxaca Cheese to melt, remove from heat and keep warm.
