Blend the guajillo chiles, morita chiles, onion, garlic, cinnamon, cumin, oregano, pepper, and salt for 5 minutes or until you obtain a homogeneous sauce. Strain and set aside. Place the lamb in a bowl, drizzle with the sauce, add the bay leaves, and mix very well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
