Place the shrimp in a skillet to toast for 4 minutes and remove from heat, then grind in a blender until it becomes a powder and mix with the ground beans. Clean the nopales and chop them into small squares, then cook them in a pressure cooker for about 15 minutes with little water and a pinch of salt; after the time, drain the nopales and reserve them in a saucepan.
