Ingredients

  • 2 white potatoes, bleached, cut into thin sheets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Serrano ham, finely chopped
  • 3 cups spinach, cut into strips
  • 1 cup Hunt's® Traditional Pasta Sauce
  • 2 cups cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 4 eggs, smoothie
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, season the potato slices with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place them in a previously greased mold, forming a base and covering the walls. Reservation.
Heat a pan over medium heat add the oil, onion, ham, spinach and Tomato Sauce for Traditional Hunts® Pasta. Remove from the fire. Reservation.
In a bowl mix perfectly the cream cheese, the brie cheese, the mozzarella cheese, the mascarpone cheese, with the egg, the flour and the milk. Season and integrate the spinach mixture.
Pour the mixture on the base of the potatoes, bake covered with aluminum for 15 minutes or until the egg is fluffed. Serves hot
