Ingredients: 2 potatoes, blanched, sliced thin; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoons pepper; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 white onion, finely chopped; 1 cup serrano ham, finely chopped; 3 cups spinach, cut into strips; 1 cup Hunt´S® tomato sauce for pasta; 2 cups cream cheese, cut into small cubes; 1 cup Brie cheese, cut into small cubes; 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated; 1 cup mascarpone cheese; 4 eggs, beaten; 1/2 cups flour; 1/4 cups cow's milk; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper
