Ingredients

8 servings
  • 30 slices of bacon
  • 1 kilo of flank steak cut very thin
  • 2 cups of Bell pepper of colors, cut into quarters
  • 1 Cup of onion cut into quarters
  • 1 Cup of poblano pepper cut into quarters
  • 2 cups of Oaxaca cheese shredded
  • enough of Sea Salt Sal Sol®
  • enough of black pepper ground
  • enough of guacamole for serving
  • enough of pico de gallo for serving
  • enough of parsley cool, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (393F)
    On a baking tray covered with aluminum foil, arrange the slices of bacon to cover the entire surface. Above, place the flank steak, taking care that there are no spaces between them.
    Stuffed with pepper, onion, poblano pepper and Oaxaca cheese, season to your liking with Sal Sol Sea Salt and pepper, roll up into a coil to form a roll and cover well with aluminum foil.
    Bake the roll 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove the foil and return to the oven for 15 more minutes or until the bacon is brown. Rest the roll before cutting and serve with guacamole, pico de gallo and parsley.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the roll accompanied by guacamole and pico de gallo.

    TIPS

    You can roll with hemp thread to keep the shape better. To make the bacon shine with a perfect golden brown, glaze with honey and paprika.
