  • 30 slices bacon
  • 1 kilo flank steak, cut very thin
  • 2 cups Bell pepper, of colors, cut into quarters
  • 1 cup onion, cut into quarters
  • 1 cup poblano pepper, cut into quarters
  • 2 cups Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • enough Sea Salt Sal Sol®
  • enough black pepper, ground
  • enough guacamole, for serving
  • enough pico de gallo, for serving
  • enough parsley, cool, to decorate


Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (393F)
On a baking tray covered with aluminum foil, arrange the slices of bacon to cover the entire surface. Above, place the flank steak, taking care that there are no spaces between them.
Stuffed with pepper, onion, poblano pepper and Oaxaca cheese, season to your liking with Sal Sol Sea Salt and pepper, roll up into a coil to form a roll and cover well with aluminum foil.
Bake the roll 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove the foil and return to the oven for 15 more minutes or until the bacon is brown. Rest the roll before cutting and serve with guacamole, pico de gallo and parsley.


Serve the roll accompanied by guacamole and pico de gallo.


You can roll with hemp thread to keep the shape better. To make the bacon shine with a perfect golden brown, glaze with honey and paprika.
