The recipe of the mother-in-law always present in homes, where a touch of BBQ sauce that will make your taste is something incredibly delicious. Try these delicious homemade meatballs.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 250 grams ground beef
  • 250 grams ground pork
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 slice box bread
  • 2 branches parsley, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 50 milliliters olive oil
  • 50 grams flour
  • 20 milliliters milk
  • 1 cup Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce

Preparation

Soak the box bread in the milk. In a bowl add the pork and beef, chopped onion, chopped garlic , egg, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Remove the bread from the milk and add to the mixture; as well as the Original Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce to taste.
Mix all the ingredients until they are integrated.
Form the meatballs about 3 centimeters in circumference, pass through the flour.
Pre-heat a pan with oil for 5 minutes, fry the meatballs for 5 minutes, stirring until golden brown evenly, reserve for the excess oil to drain.
In a pan pour Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce and add the meatballs for 5 minutes and they are ready to serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a platter forming a mountaineer the center of the table so that each one is served.

TIPS

A Mexican rice and some tortillas will make the best combination to enjoy this delicious dish.
