Preparation
Clean the ribs leaving the bones clean. Season the ribs with 7g of salt and 5g of pepper. Reservation.
In the food processor or blender add the garlic, onion, tomatoes, cream, yogurt, Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce, paprika, cumin, cardamom, coriander seed, cinnamon powder, thyme, the rest of the pepper and the rest of the salt; Blend until a thick sauce is obtained.
Marina the ribs for 24 hours.
Preheats the oven to 200 C °. Remove the ribs from the marinade.
Varnish the ribs with olive oil, place in a refractory and bake at 160 ° C for 25 minutes
